1 on 1 consults includes: 1hr zoom or phone consult. Online support for anything related to/during pregnancy, birth or postpartum. Unlimited questions. Any follow up answers or information where necessary. ​ Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum topics can include: Physiological birth. Undisturbed Birth. Support to develop your birth plan. Birth supply checklists. Birth debrief. Deeper understanding of personal responsibly and how it relates to free birth. Medical and Natural interventions. Belly mapping. Aromatherapy Pain management. Mindset management. & more! ​ You can pre-send all questions before your consult if you desire.

Cancelation Policy

Please chose your booking times carefully. No refund is given for cancellations within 24hr of booked session. I may have to reschedule a session if a mum is in labour or I have attended a birth within 24hr.
